What should the best energy drink be? Is it healthy to drink energy drinks?

What should the best energy drink be? Is it healthy to drink energy drinks?

How do you imagine the best energy drink? Would you want it to lift you up, immediately after you drink it, or would you want it to move down your throat softly and smoothly and energize you after half an hour of time, make you full of energy like never before?
The main question that the majority of companies want to know the answer to is “What people actually want”! However, when they find out, many of those companies, instead of providing what people want, actually substitute the desired products with their artificial alternatives, just to make bigger quantity and production. This way the customer thinks that the ingredients are natural and he/she drinks always the best.
Now…I don’t say that this is with all companies. I say that the majority are doing that, however there are honest ones that use real ingredients, although very rarely to be honest.
However, let’s get back to those that use artificial, chemical alternatives…Do they think about the energy drink health that you require from them? The answer is “NO”! They don’t want to produce healthy energy drinks, because this costs a lot and will rip them off. Instead, they rip off the customers.
Have you noticed that a natural energy drink is always more expensive than the others? Why is this so? Well, simply because the company that sells it is honest. Don’t chase the cheap, it is not healthy! Better pay a dollar or two more and enliven your body with a natural energy drink, instead of dangerous stuff with suspicious origin!
The institutions should always trace the quality of the energy drinks and should want to make sure that the energy drink health requirements are completely fulfilled! However, not all drinks on the market are healthy energy drinks indeed! This means that the only alternative and the only guarantee for you are to find yourself the best energy drink!
Browsing the nest is one solution; going to the stores and markets is another, asking a friend is a third. You can read articles, reviews, take part in forums, but always remember one major principle-keep informing yourself, because there will be new and new products out there, which can be both dangerous and helpful!
To make sure that you are taking the best, consult your physician or a specialist in this field, who can tell you which ones are good for you and which ones are not.

Do I have to drink energy drinks even if i drink plenty of water?
